Your data is used to process reservations, deliver hotel services, comply with legal obligations and (with consent) communicate marketing offers. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
As a guest, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
We retain reservation records for up to 7 years to comply with Finnish accounting law. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.
All payment data is processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers. Our systems use TLS encryption and access controls.
