By making a reservation with Vyroflipjourney, you agree to provide accurate guest information. A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings. Reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in incur a one-night charge. No-shows are charged the full booking value. Special promotional rates may carry stricter cancellation terms; these are disclosed at booking.
Check-in begins at 15:00 local time. Check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Vyroflipjourney accepts no liability for personal property unless stored in our in-room safe or main reception vault. Guests use all hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool, sauna, and entertainment floor, at their own risk.
The Vyroflipjourney entertainment floor is open exclusively to guests aged 18 years or older. All games and gaming experiences offered are for entertainment and visual demonstration purposes only. No real-money gambling is conducted on premises.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for disorderly conduct, intoxication or behavior that disturbs other guests.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki.
